ZTE Open is the world’s first Firefox OS smartphone that measures 114 x 62 x 12.5mm. The smartphone runs on Mozilla Firefox OS, and comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7225A 1GHz single-core processor, 256MB RAM, 512MB internal storage, 3.5-inch HVGA TFT touchscreen display with 480 x 320 pixels resolution, 3.2-megapixel rear camera. Moreover, other specs also include Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, GPS with AGPS, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and 1200mAh rechargeable battery. Of course, most remarkably, the entry-level smartphone uses Mozilla’s Firefox OS, an HTML5-based and completely open mobile operating system.
