Build a Wireless Oscilloscope for Android Phones

In case you don’t know, An oscilloscope displays visual images of varying electrical voltages over time. The Android oscilloscope Bluetooth project is interesting not because of the oscilloscope software itself, but the way it has been combined with a T-Mobile Android phone via Bluetooth.
Build a Wireless Oscilloscope for Android Phones
The Android oscilloscope is undoutedly a cheap, portable device for processing electronic test measurements on the go.The Android oscilloscope captures two channels of data at 2MHz per seconds using a PIC microcontroller. The microcontroller does the analog to digital conversion of the signals. The signal is then sent to the Android mobile (in this case, the Samsung Galaxy) to be displayed using the LMX9838 Bluetooth Serial Port Module.

The oscilloscope project requires hands on knowledge of some programming as you have to work with the Android SDK but the author has conveniently included his source code on the build page.
